Responsibilities include:
- Define requirements engineering process
- Elaborate requirements for enterprise data models
- Define modeling guidelines and conventions
- Define domain maps, semantic models and business data models
- Conduct client facing workshops to align on business data models
- Structure data lakes and define medallion models
- Define, implement and verify data vault models
- Define, implement and verify dimensional models
- Define test and data quality frameworks to increase service quality
- Establish service monitoring
- Collaborating and coordinating with multiple departments, stakeholders, partners,and external vendors
- Actively participate in conferences, meet ups and other networking events
- Validate new approaches, data platforms and methodologies for our practice
- Support sales and marketing with case studies
Requirements and skills:
- 3-5 years data integration modeling experience preferable Data Vault
- Experience with Databricks or Snowflake
- Knowledge of programming languages Python and SQL
- In-depth understanding of data management principles
- Experience gathering and analyzing data requirements
- Proven analytical skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- BSc in Computer Science or relevant field
- Knowledge of analytical system development, including system development life cycle, agile approaches and requirements gathering, design and testing techniques
- Soft skills like effective communication, team management, problem-solving, and leadership skill are highly desirable
