Responsibilities include:

  • Define requirements engineering process
  • Elaborate requirements for enterprise data models
  • Define modeling guidelines and conventions
  • Define domain maps, semantic models and business data models
  • Conduct client facing workshops to align on business data models
  • Structure data lakes and define medallion models
  • Define, implement and verify data vault models
  • Define, implement and verify dimensional models
  • Define test and data quality frameworks to increase service quality
  • Establish service monitoring
  • Collaborating and coordinating with multiple departments, stakeholders, partners,and external vendors
  • Actively participate in conferences, meet ups and other networking events
  • Validate new approaches, data platforms and methodologies for our practice
  • Support sales and marketing with case studies


Requirements and skills:

  • 3-5 years data integration modeling experience preferable Data Vault
  • Experience with Databricks or Snowflake
  • Knowledge of programming languages Python and SQL
  • In-depth understanding of data management principles
  • Experience gathering and analyzing data requirements
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • BSc in Computer Science or relevant field
  • Knowledge of analytical system development, including system development life cycle, agile approaches and requirements gathering, design and testing techniques
  • Soft skills like effective communication, team management, problem-solving, and leadership skill are highly desirable
